Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time Standard shipping takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at ashazjawad@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
